Structure

Weekly 60 minute conference calls on an evening that works best for the group, facilitated by a Conspire Coach.

Meeting dates set during the kickoff of the MBA Summer Internship Coaching Circle

Members set goals and work toward goals throughout summer.

Call agenda based on pre-work identifying critical issues among members each week, and check-in on progress toward goals.

Call structured so that the Conspire Coach and members respond to and discuss critical issues provided by group.

Online community of practice for peer support and resource sharing.

Weekly tips provided online by Conspire Coaching.

Each member receives a complimentary one-hour coaching session with a Conspire Coach.
