The Co-Op is an opportunity to live out our women-supporting-women values. People who join are women and female-identified people who believe in the importance of putting our energy behind each others' causes, championing each other's success and nourishing each other so that we all thrive. We are radically inclusive, diverse and intergenerational -- wecloming the opportunity to engage with perfect strangers from all walks of life. Rather than being yet another opportunity to give your time and talent away for free, the Co-Op is designed to be mutually uplifting and energizing, placing great value on your time, care, listening and expertise. |

Accessible Reflective and Reflexive Practice
One of our core values is that coaching, as a reflective and reflexive life career and leadeship practice, ought to be easily accessible to people at every level of leadership, formal and informal. Coaching ensures that time is set aside to step back and consider who we are being, how we are behaving, how we are leading and the impact we are making. It pulls us out of the weeds so that we can be more considered, strategic and intentional in every area of life and leadership. The Co-Op democratizes coaching; making high quality reflective practice availalable to all mission-driven women from early career beyond retirement. In the Conspiring Women Peer Coaching Co-Op, some members are taking time to think through significant life and career transitions. Others are there to ensure they have a regular reflective space to develop and grow as leaders. |

Cultivating a Regnerative, Sustainable Way of Living
I believe that the Co-Op gives us a practice space for living into a more sustainable, healthy, interconnected world. The very act of choosing to be connected with perfect strangers, who may be very different from us, in such a deep, supportive way is in itself regenerative. Perhaps the more we practice this, the more able we will be confident in choosing so stay determined and committed to the hard work ahead. |
