The more I work with women leaders, the more I understand how much we want to deepen our understanding of ourselves and how we can build upon our strengths to bring more meaning and impact to our work.
I've often encouraged my clients to go out and feel empowered to get the feedback they desire. But there's been a gap. Sometimes the vital feedback is needed from respondants who would prefer to answer using a more formal tool.
This approach to feedback combines the creative work of driving your own feedback process with the benefit of having an impartial survey tool administer. Jen works with you to co-create a powerful too that will get you the feedback you need to grow in a way that is meaningful to you. Jen will follow up with your colleagues to collect the feedback and produce a report. When that is complete, you and Jen will meet to review the feedback and come up with some development goals.
These can then be supported through professional coaching, through peer coaching offered through the Conspiring Women Peer Coaching Co-Op, or on your own with your own mentors and support system.
