Women Leaders Emerging Syllabus

This syllabus (online version) is a standard syllabus for the program. Some minor adjustments will be made depending on the particular schedules for each cohort. Please review this carefully so you'll have a good idea of the nature of the work and the time commitment from week to week. 

  • Fall 2015 Cohorts #12, 13, 14 & 15: The Virtual Kickoff Phase begins in the first week of September and the program concludes in the last week of March of April 2016.
  • Fall 2015 Cohorts #16 & 17: The Virtual Kickoff Phase begins in the second week of September and the program concludes in the first week of April 2016.

Live Contact Hours: For those who are in need of training and education credits, please note that there are 22.5 live group contact hours in addition to ~35 professional and peer coaching hours.  Several Federal employees had funding approved and have had these hours approved.
