Conspire Coaching Circles
Coaching circles adapt the principles and methods of individual coaching and apply them to small, intentional groups. They set the stage for peer to peer coaching in addition to expert coaching by a trained and qualified professional coach. Participants develop a set of peer coaching skills in addition to benefiting from professional coaching, and are often preferred by people who learn well in groups. Lastly, coaching circles are an affordable alternative to one-to-one coaching that many women find they prefer anyway!
Features of Conspire Coaching Circles include:
- Board of Directors Sessions
- Hot Seat Sessions
- Mini-Seminars
- Co-conspirators (buddies)
- eConspire Collaborative Workspaces

Upcoming Coaching Circles
Emerging Women Leaders
This circle, for professional women in their twenties and thirties, is designed to set the stage for powerful careers that have options and choice. These years are critical for advancement, self-awareness, and the development of professional relationships and skills. Read more. The next circle kicks off at the end of June - Applications due May 28th.
Women's Leadership Circles
As a woman advances to higher management and leadership levels, she can experience increased isolation and decreased support. Fewer people are willing to provide honest feedback and support and she is expected to have a level of competence that does not require hands-on guidance. Truthfully, though, she would really like a sounding board, more collaboration and a group of advisors to help steer her decision-making and problem-solving.
Leadership Circles provide this support. Circles of no more than ten women from different sectors and industries gather monthly for a half day in person, and are assigned a "buddy" for ongoing support between sessions. Circles are kicked off by an intensive two-day workshop designed to establish relationships, a common language, and to set the agenda for the upcoming year. Sessions are led by a skilled facilitator who is a leadership and career coach.
Upcoming sessions begin in May 2012. Details will be posted shortly. Please contact us for more information

Women's Career Transition Circles
As a woman considers a major career transition, she faces barriers that can stop her from successfully making a change. She may experience negative feedback from those close to her who are resistant to a major change and she may feel similar resistance internally. She may also find that the typical career transition steps: researching, networking, applying, planning, etc aren't getting her the results she desires. She may not know how to move from one industry or field to a completely new one, or how to gain the skills and network needed to make a major move. She needs a team of advisors, supporters and gate-openers to help her take risks, experiment, discover and complete a critical transition.
Women's Career Transition Circles are just that. Over the course of ten weeks, a group of 10-16 women meet weekly on a weekday evening to engage in group coaching for career transition. The circle is facilitated so that each week participants are guided through effective actions toward career transition. Participants are given tools to support each other to build upon the actions taken during the meetings and to support each other's transitions. Each participant gets a complimentary one-to-one coaching session with a Conspire Coach.
Upcoming sessions begin in April 2012. Details will be posted shortly. Please contact us for more information.
