Step one
Each EWL member kicks off her participation in the Emerging Women Leaders Program with two intensive personal and professional strategy sessions with Jen Walper Roberts, a trained career and leadership coach. Before the group work even begins, members draft a working a vision, mission and goals to achieve over the next six months. The coach helps each member gain clarity and purpose, and helps to break goals in to concrete action plans.

Step two
Throughout the course of the coaching circle, each member then engages the group in supporting her to successfully reach these goals through a Co-Conspirator (buddy) relationship and through the Board of Directors Sessions. Jen continues to work with each member to support their participation in all aspects of the coaching circle and to ensure that their action plans are on track.

Step three
All members are invited to engage with each other beyond the coaching circle and to consider ongoing coaching support from Jen.
